How can I find out more about your programs?
Send a note through the contact page, or call Rod on +61 438 665 280. A first conversation is an hour, and it is about what you want, not what Rod sells.
What do your programs cost?
Every person and business is different, so Rod talks through your situation first and then recommends a program and a price. Vistage membership is priced by Vistage Australia NZ and Rod can tell you the current fee.
What is the difference between a mentor, a coach and a peer group?
A mentor works with you one-to-one on your situation and shows you how. A coach guides you to see it for yourself. A peer group, like Vistage, puts you in a room with a dozen other leaders once a month, plus CE30 members receive one-to-one time with the chair. Many members do both. Rod's guide on choosing between them sets out who each suits.
When will I receive the book I ordered?
Orders are posted within seven business days and Australia Post standard delivery takes two to ten business days after that. You get a tracking email when it is on its way. Standard delivery within Australia is included in the price.
Can I return a book?
Yes. Unused books in saleable condition can be returned for a refund or replacement. If we sent the wrong item we refund in full including return postage. For a change of mind the book price is refunded, less postage. Full details are on the Returns page.
Do you ship outside Australia, or offer express?
Email rod@rodbuchecker.com with your address and we will quote express or international postage.
