Returns and refunds

Items can be returned for a full refund or replacement providing they are unused and in saleable condition.

If the item received does not correspond with your order, a full refund including return postage will be issued.

In the case of a change of mind, the cost of the item will be refunded, minus the cost of postage to your address. Any postage cost you incur to return the item will not be reimbursed.

Every effort is made to package items carefully to assist safe delivery. In the case of goods arriving damaged through circumstances out of our control, refunds will not be issued.

If an item is returned to us because of an incorrect delivery address provided by you, we will be in touch to clarify the details and request payment for re-postage if required.
